Hitachi-High Technologies was created in 2001 from the merger of the Hitachi Ltd. Instruments Group and Semiconductor Manufacturing Equipments Group with Nissei Sangyo Co., Ltd., a company specializing in electronics. Currently we are globally expanding our four business segments: Science & Medical Systems, Electronic Device Systems, Industrial Systems, and Advanced Industrial Products.
